Who is responsible

SCENTRO, Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, with a presence in Sacramento, CA, is responsible for the personal information you provide through this site, the contact form, text messages and WhatsApp.

What we collect

Only what you share when you write to us: your name, email address, phone number (when you text or WhatsApp us), your industry and the content of your message. We do not collect sensitive or financial information through this site. This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics.

What we use it for

Primary purposes, needed to work with you: replying to your message, scheduling and holding the diagnostic call, preparing a proposal and, if you hire us, delivering the services and issuing invoices.

Secondary purpose: letting you know about SCENTRO services or updates related to your inquiry. If you would rather we did not, say so in your first message or at any time through the contact channels in this notice; it does not affect the primary purposes.

Who else processes it

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own purposes. To operate we use technology providers that process data only on our behalf: the site's hosting and form service (Netlify) and the WhatsApp messaging platform (Meta Platforms). These providers may store information outside your country under their own terms and security measures. Beyond that, we disclose information only when a competent authority requires it by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access the information we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, delete it when it is no longer needed for the purposes above, object to a specific use, withdraw consent you have given, or limit how it is used or disclosed.

To exercise any of these rights, send a request by WhatsApp, with your name, how you would like us to reply, a clear description of the information involved and anything that helps us locate it. We respond within twenty business days at most.

Security

Your information travels encrypted and is stored in services with encryption at rest and access limited to whoever needs to handle your request. The detail of our practices is in Security & compliance.

Changes to this notice

Any change to this notice will be published at this same address with the date of the current version. We recommend checking it from time to time.
