About

Who is behind SCENTRO.

A small consultancy on purpose: the person who diagnoses is the one who designs, the one who designs is the one who builds, and the one who builds stays after launch.

Founder

Jesús Limón

Two halves that rarely meet in one person. On one side, more than fifteen years teaching at the college level in California: explaining complex things to busy people, with the patience of someone who knows that a system nobody adopts is worthless. On the other, years of hands-on operations and analytics inside a distributor in Guadalajara — receivables, inventory with expiration dates, and the every-morning decisions nobody teaches in a classroom.

SCENTRO comes out of that combination. Every system on the Live page was built by him, and every method on this site is practiced first in his own operation. He is certified in anti-money-laundering compliance (Mexico's PLD/FT/FPADM), which lets us work with clients in regulated sectors without improvising. Based in Sacramento and Guadalajara; working on US hours, in English and Spanish.

How we work

Four phases, no surprises.

Each phase has defined deliverables, a fixed price and a clear decision at the end. The detail is in Method.

Week 1

1Diagnostic

We map how your business actually runs and the data you already have, and identify where AI earns its keep and where it does not.

Weeks 2–3

2Design and leadership training

We design the solution on top of what you already run and bring your leadership up to speed, so the decision to build is made knowing exactly what gets built.

Weeks 4–N

3Implementation

We build, deploy and train the people who will use the system every day, with a first full run on real data before hand-off.

Ongoing

4Support

Hosting, monitoring, maintenance and improvements as your business grows. This is where the long-term relationship lives.

Where we are

Sacramento and Guadalajara.

Northern California and Mexico's second-largest metro. We work remotely with clients across the United States and Mexico, and in person where it matters.

Start with a conversation.

Twenty minutes is enough to understand your operation. You leave with an honest recommendation — even when the recommendation is to wait.
